Above all else, it’s a desire to do good for their fellow human beings. They make countless sacrifices and do so with nothing but the good of others in mind. There are many capes that will allow someone on a budget to still go dressed well to their favorite Halloween party. Others might choose to go all out and throw down a few hundred dollars on a costume that will rival all other costumes.
